Phase 1: Infrastructure Audit & Roadmap (Fixed Fee)
A comprehensive 48-hour deep dive into your existing AWS or On-Prem setup to identify security and automation gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
Phase 2: Platform Build-Out & Migration (Project-Based)
A one-time implementation of your EKS or Bare Metal clusters, including full GitOps pipeline integration and IaC documentation.
Phase 3: Managed Platform-as-a-Service (Monthly Retainer)
Our core PEaaS offering. A monthly subscription providing ongoing “Day 2” operations, security patching, 24/7 monitoring and platform scaling.
A formal quote is provided following an initial Technical Infrastructure Audit to ensure pricing aligns with your specific scale and goals.
Project Management & Client Transparency
To ensure seamless collaboration and complete visibility across borders, DatarunTec utilizes Plane as our primary Project Management engine. We believe in a "Glass Box" service model where clients have real-time access to the infrastructure roadmap.
